Worried? Overwhelmed? Lonely? Isolated?
You
don’t need to be in a crisis to call.

display) distress line serving the greater Simcoe area including: Orillia,
Barrie, Midland, Penetang, Ramara, Severn, Oro, Muskoka, Collingwood, Innisfil,
Angus and surrounding areas.
Trained volunteers care and listen without judgment while acknowledging and
supporting the caller. If necessary, community referrals are offered for extra
support.
